Ingredients                     

Egg white   4                                                                        

Icing sugar  8 or 10 tsp

Fresh cream 400 grams

Vanilla Essence 2 tsp   

yellow Colour  { just a little }

Recipe:

First, whisk the egg whites when hard, then add the icing sugar, color and essence to the batter and mix the pistachios in a curry and airtight box to hold them tight.

سب سے پہلے انڈوں کی سفیدی بیٹ کریں جب ہارڈ ہوجائے پھر آئسنگ شوگر ،کلر اور ایسنس ڈال کر بیٹ کریں اور پستے مکس کریی اور ایئرٹائیٹ بکس میں بند کرکے جمنے کیلئے رکھ دیں
